You know you are in trouble….

The bills are piling up and the dentist appointment is coming up for your child’s new braces….whatever the problem is you need to pay for it, you get the gist!

You desperately need that new contract…..

But now you feel rejected as you just lost the contract that you needed so very much to keep you keep working from home.

People are often afraid of rejection because it points out flaws in themselves.

You can consider rewiring your thoughts to accept new habits to change your limiting beliefs.

Success comes with being happy with what you do.

Rejection can also give you an indication of what you want or don’t want out of your life.

This can happen to Small Business Mums who are burnout with their tight schedule and busy lifestyle, overcrowded with coping with home, kids and career.

Avoiding the truth of ones nightmare is a reality, and sacrificing valuable time being stuck in ground hog days. Lets shift the blame on disorganisation, which in turn, unfortunately accounts for loss of profitability. Yes your income is going out of the door literally.

If small business mums cannot deliver their work on time and every time, they will fall behind in income earning.

Rejection can be a blessing in disguise for both situations.

Small Business mums who lack organisational skills, have limiting beliefs and do not have time management in place, would not last working their home office successfully.

Unless women are willing to re-train their mindset, to and change and keep up with the changing face of business, which is more commonly seen these days, they should with honesty, ask for help.

When small business mums suffer burnt out, rejection can tell you it’s time for a change.

This is a factual wake up call!

Unless it’s dating, most rejection should not be taken personally. You need to develop a tough skin and move on.

Small Business Mums Here Are Three Little Lies We Tell Ourselves

Small Business Mums Here Are Three Little Lies We Tell Ourselves

If you want to change you life, YOU need to honestly confess your beliefs and change your attitude, ask for help!

I was reading an article written by the Author of “Cafe Mind” in his article he says: “Life is a constant game of playing hide and seek with the truth.

It’s just too difficult to live in a completely honest world; the world without rationalisations, white lies, and half-truths. We can’t live in that world because it would be too painful. No one would get along with each other and most wouldn’t be able to cope with their own lives.

Today I want to talk about the lies we tell ourselves

It blinds us to a better future because a better future requires discomfort.

Regardless of your definition of success, it won’t happen for you until you’re honest with yourself. You’ll never be honest with yourself one hundred percent of the time because it’s too painful. But if you find enough glimpses of honesty to act, you’ll move closer to whatever it is you’re looking for.

People who “make it” have that tough dialogue in their minds, expose the rationalisations, lies, and half-truths they tell to themselves.

Like I’ve said before, I don’t know what a better future means for you, but if you’re feeling stuck right now, my best bet is that you’re avoiding the truth in some shape or form.”

You haven’t examined your life and had that tough conversation. You haven’t stood squarely at the fork in the road. Instead, you’re pretending like it’s not there.

The three little lies we tell ourselves is the secret….

  1. I need X to Get Y….No you don’t! You have all you want within YOU! You are enough!
  2. The world owes me something.  No! It doesn’t owe you anything You are enough!
  3. There is nothing I can do…Your past does not define you.  You are enough!

You cannot know everything there is to know about how to get where you want to be in life.

But you know where you want to be…

While it’s possible to learn the needed skills, this will take time and likely a lot of money.

Instead, what if you had someone (or a group of people) who can help guide you to success?

WHO IS A MENTOR?

A mentor is someone who currently is where you want to be.

The relationship you have with a mentor can be an official one, or it can be informal such as following in the footsteps of someone you admire.

Mentors have experience and have gone through the growing pains towards success. They will know what kinds of training you may need or skills to develop.

WHAT CAN A MENTOR GIVE ME?

More importantly, mentors can give you needed feedback on what you are doing right and wrong during your development.

This kind of advice is invaluable TO SMALL BUSINESS MUMS

You don’t want a mentor who will hold back.

Make sure you give them full permission to be completely honest with you. Most worthwhile mentors will have no problems doing this for you.

It may be a hard pill to swallow, but you will be better off than having mentors who sugarcoat your progress. That won’t help you in any way.

HOW SHOULD I CHOOSE MY MENTORS?

Rapid Results Coach

The mentors you choose should have the experiencce or skills you desire to learn. This is important. SMALL BUSINESS MUMS Be sure to ask lots of questions about what they expect from you and ask what you can expect from them.

This expectation is important.

Otherwise, you won’t have any means of knowing whether the mentoring relationship is working.

If someone you are considering to mentor you takes issue with you asking these questions, this is a sign they may not be right for you. It can also be more difficult to sever the relationship once it has begun.

MUST I PAY FOR A MENTOR?

You may be asking …Should you pay for mentors?

It depends on what you currently have available at your disposal and what you intend to receive from this kind of arrangement.

If, as previously mentioned, there is someone who can act in a mentor capacity and they are willing to do this for free, then consider doing it.

WHATS THE BENEFIT OF A PAID MENTOR?

On the other hand, SMALL BUSINESS MUMS paying for someone to help you lets you hold them accountable with 100% responsibility.

Every Pro Game has a Coach or mentor right?

This is because a crucial aspect of mentoring is being held accountable will see you reach your goals and expectations faster.

Without MENTORING, you could be spinning your wheels, going nowhere.

SMALL BUSINESS MUMS You don’t want to waste time as the entire reason to take on a mentor is to save time in getting you further in your development and confronting the cold hard truth instead of the fluff.

Whats the next big goal on your radar?

Flexibility and freedom to have the lifestyle and freedom for yourself and your family.

A Mentor/Coach helps you get you where you want to be..….

SMALL BUSINESS MUMS Give more. Be more. Do more.
